I was thinking how cool it would be if someone put together all tilesets from the major maps made, and made one big tileset we could all use. I say, if this is fake, do both (CAUSE IT AIN'T). This really wasn't hard to make. I used the original mappack and checked and unchecked the underwater button. I also had to add a lot of drains. It wasn't difficult. (I don't think the 0'Brothers had this accusation problem...) Thanks for your trust!...

I changed the original levels to all be underwater (except the ones that were already water, are now land). I took the time to place drains everywhere. Thought it might be fun.
