It's sad with how even the smallest of things can make Mari0 implode on itself. I made a similar suggestion a while ago dealing with custom enemies, so if something in an enemy was misnamed or programmed incorrectly, it just shows an error graphic over the enemy instead of terminating Mari0 entirely...

Well, the only time I'd ever overload on palettes is with SMB1 tiles, and there's already more them enough colors with the SE version of the tileset, not to mention it's already hard to use since scrolling through tiles with the Mousewheel is far too strong when used on large tile sets compared to a...

The fall into the pit seemingly kills the False Bowsers, and just makes the real Bowser unconscious for a short while before he returns for SMB2J.

This is a 1.6 mappack, not a SE mappack. So foregrounds wouldn't be possible unless the map is ported to SE.

actually,it don't make sense water getting frozen because of a trigger... Maybe there's some kind of cooler planted around the edges of the water that causes the surface of the water to freeze?
