Sorry for not commenting earlier; I have noticed it, I just haven't had much time to properly test and review it. I planned on doing it last weekend but some real life unforeseen stuff came along so I had to postpone it. I especially like the global booleans feature, ties in quite nicely with some p...

Re: Mario and the Intergamatically Connected, GAME-DESTROYING Glitch! (WORKING TITLE, VERY W.I.P.)
So, basically, you had an idea? Is there nothing you can show? No maps, no WIP screenshots, no plans? I mean, don't get me wrong, sounds like a pretty cool idea, but if there's nothing to be shown, and given the scope of the mappack, isn't it way too early to post? It'd be weeks, maybe months, befor...

Re: [v1.1 - DISCONTINUED] Mari0:HEC (HugoBDesigner's Entities and Customization)
Because the code was old and messy and filled with bugs, and SE came out, which does a lot of what this mod does, but better. You're better off with Mari0: Community Edition or Alesan99's Entities.

Re: Mari0: Community Edition (formerly SE Bugfixes)
So far I've tried making it work for 0.8, 0.9 and 0.10. If you find that it takes little effort to maintain the compatibility, do so. If it's too much of a hassle though, I think it's fair to focus on 11.x, then maybe in the future see about compatibility again. Also wanted to say I really appreciat...

Re: Haven't kept up with Mari0 for 4-5 years - is Mari0 1.6 with mods still the best way to play?
There were also updates to vanilla 1.6 to port it to the latest versions of LÖVE, as well as implementations of Better Editor, if you'd like to stay on that version. There have been some other mods for both 1.6 and SE, but the ones that stood out and persevered were Alesan's and Community Edition, a...

I think we should try a different approach to these contests. Re: Map Contest #5
It's for Portal 2, so puzzlemaker editor (I'd argue it's simpler than Mari0's for the most part). Thing with Mari0 is that to make a mappack stand out, we need to add a decent amount of custom content (tiles, music, backgrounds, enemies). Yes, that still applies to Portal 2 if one's to map with Hamm...

I think that given the current level of activity in the forums, 10 days might be a bit too short to get a decent amount of submissions. While I agree that the custom enemies is a new addition, the crash fix is kind of the point of bugfixes really :P It doesn't necessarily make mappacks incompatible , it's just that vanilla has bugs.
