I've got it on my desktop. It's probably the most solid version of Windows to date, even in its beta form. Runs super smooth, workspaces are nice, UI is more functional, and they're finally consolidating the control panel into just the Settings app. It's a good balance between 7 and 8.

Change the image so that the width/height of each frame is a multiple of 8 pixels.

I don't know why, but that's fixed this particular error for me in the past.

If you placed the enemy in any levels and didn't delete it, then it's trying to reference something that doesn't exist anymore. Put it back in, delete it out of the mappack, and then you should be good to go.

Or you could outright delete any mappacks that you put it in.

This is a conscious design choice to be true to the original SMB. A "firstpersonview" variable exists in the code that completely centers the camera, although I'm not sure how effective it is.

Finishing a stage in a sublevel in the editor crashes the game. Not sure why, it just does. Hit ESC before the level finishes and it loads just fine.

Alright, I think I got everything! The fixed version of the mappack is now up for grabs.

Only things I can't do are the Clock and the Wing. Those need Turret's Additional Animations to work properly, so I won't be changing them.

The level crashes because it's trying to load "beetlehalf," which doesn't exist in SE (oversight!) and crashes the game.

I'll take care of the full SE conversion, don't worry.

It's really nice when it works. And it works for about 90% of everything. But for the other 10%, it's either really technical to get working, or it never will. I don't know how many computers I've tried to install it on where the wifi driver just wouldn't work.
