I think it'd be cooler to use the sprites from Super Mario Land 2 . Makes it look more authentic, rather than some custom sprites (Goomba) and some not (Waddle Dee), which is a little jarring. You need to edit the config.txt file to give it the correct offsets and sprite sizes. It will work a lot better than using Mario's config.txt.
