Re: [High-Scores] Not-Tetris Score Board
McDonther2, that is freaking amazing. You're a beast. Do you have specific tips or strategies? One thing I noticed is that, unlike regular Tetris, in NT2 the higher you pile without QUITE getting lines, the more likely you are to get somewhat unpredictable random double, triple, or even "tetris" cle...

Re: There was a Tetris 2, so this might confuse people.
Well, technically it isn't Tetris 2, either, so the name is valid either way. :D

Phone/tablet version!
There should totally be an Android version of this, to take advantage of the accelerometer. Then it'd be like a cross between Pac-Man and those ball mazes. :)

Re: Laptop keyboard support
First, that actually doesn't work because it seems to only operate on the numeric keypad 1 and 2. Second, if player 1 is using wasd and g and h, it'd be kind of hard for player 2 to reach over anyway...

Laptop keyboard support
On my MacBook Pro, there is no numeric keypad, so player 2 can't really use 1 and 2. Any chance of supporting [ and ] or - and = for player 2 rotation instead?

Can't see corners when tilted near 45°
If the board is tilted at near 45 degrees, and either pac-man or a ghost is in a corner, you can't see them. I think the default board size needs to be a bit smaller relative to the window size to better accomodate this..

Re: 1.4 KNOWN ISSUES
Some more issues I found: 1. On Mac OS X, after opening the maps folder, the LOCAL maps screen in the game will show ".DS_STORE" which is a hidden file generated by the operating system. Mari0 should probably filter out dot-files. 2. In the original game, the hammer brother at the very end of 8-4, a...

Re: 1.4 KNOWN ISSUES
To everybody posting Bloopers swimming in air as a "bug": Bloopers are programmed to swim anywhere regardless of the presence of water, even in the original game. Proof of this is in SMB: Lost Levels, which runs on the same engine as SMB and features--you guessed it--airborne Bloopers. Hell, Bloope...

Re: A couple problems I noticed in v1.3.
One more nuance:
4) At the beginning of 2-2, there are a pair of goombas right next to each other. If you jump directly in between them, you should kill them both simultaneously, getting 100 points for one and 400 points for the other, but here you can only kill them one at a time.

Re: A couple problems I noticed in v1.3.
Some issues I found: 1) Infinite lives trick at the end of 3-1 staircase doesn't work. The turtle shell stops just a bit too far to the right to continue the loop. 2) There are a pair of adjacent koopas nera the beginning of 2-2. I jumped on the first and sent it flying to the right, and somehow it ...
