Editor gel
One feature I believe the editor is lacking is the ability to directly paint gel while in the editor mode. Sometimes one just doesn't want the gel sprayed all over the place with the tubes and portals, but still needs a spot or two painted.

Antigravity mode, let's pretend the floor is lava, hammer bros mode (every enemy is a hammer bro), lakitu mode(lakitus everywhere), enemies are invulnerable and insta-killing... what have I forgotten... oh... and add a bit more ponies. Well, that's it.
