About auto scrolling... Could you add the ability to change scrolling speed? Maybe like an options based menu,or just like the ones for foreground and background(forgot what these are called). Spike tops can't be hurt with fire.While here,they do.Evidence(from the wiki)-
They(spike tops) are also still resistant to fire, which makes them one of the most resilient enemies in the Mario franchise.
