there's also the obvious option people have stated time and again to edit the main.lua to say

though with the stable 0.8.0, it gets stretched out to fit the width of my screen, rather being perfectly scaled within a black frame

i got as far as 6-1 (first turret level). once i beat it and it started to load 6-2, i got blue crash screen http://i45.tinypic.com/n5t00i.png i must ask, just to make sure, did you download the turret mod.love by fakeuser? yup. i went for that 0.5a link you have in the OP and started your mappack....

well, after having to reformat my computer a few weeks ago, i downgraded to ubuntu 10.04. making love 0.8.0 inaccessible as an unstable package. but i found today that 0.8.0 is stable, but it breaks the old games. i think the splitscreen should only be available for local multiplayer. for online, if/when it's implemented, we're all looking at our own screens, so our screen should only focus on our character

i'm getting lag now that's worse than in 1.5. 1.5 had some lag, but not much, but 1.6 is a tad worse. i think the addition of parallax working in an environment that doesn't have it may be causing it

well, putting in custom music for our mappacks is handy, but i have a suggestion. it seems when the timer hits below 100, it continues our custom track rather than switching to the "fast" song indicating you gotta hurry. i did make a fast version of my track, but it won't be allowed in without some ...

when you're in the select mappacks screen of the game, tap the m key and it opens the mappack folder. just zip the folders there and upload them to mediafire

i took a look at the dreaded 2-2 that's impossible for most people, and i noticed you put a shroom halfway through the level, but not a hidden block to get it I know, originally there was going to be enemies, too but seeing as it was already difficult enough I just took out the enemies and power up...

found a bug of sorts that maurice may need to fix for next update. in 1-3, i followed a spiny to wait for him to head back, and he went through the doors, dying on contact with the emancipation grill

my apologies, then. you posted that just as the site was experiencing errors, and it caused my copy of the game (and i would assume others') to lag horrendously. i wouldn't know what to do other than perhaps try it under a linux OS from either a live usb or virtual machine

it happened to everyone just now. the stabyourself.net server got laggy for everyone on the main site, forum, and in game if they tried to access mappacks/dlc

you need to install love-unstable with a ppa patch. doing this will get that set up

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:bartbes/love-unstable
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install love-unstable
after that to get the game to run type

love-unstable 'path/to/Mari0.love'
and it should work
