Yeah but I did not use Wallpaper Engine (might try it some day). And I agree that it would be annoying to have every ≃ 7 seconds the sound playing. And also I don't own the sound, so copyright and stuff...

You might still be able to open it even thought you didn't do this (what Technochips and I linked). Try "Choose another app" and you should be able to open it with whatever archive manager you use (Winrar, 7-Zip, etc.)
