I guess it's the problem with Windows Vista and that's why Microsoft themselves admitted that there are some problems with their Windows. Many of my games had the same problem and i wasn't able to find a satisfying solution till the end.

Yes i don't think that there is any another solution possible. Have you found the solution or still having the same problem.
