The .exe file is likely unobfuscated, so you could probably open it up with anything that can open .zip files. If not, I guess you could download the .love version, edit that, then compile it into an .exe, but that's really complicated for a simple texture edit.

1024x1024, because older graphics cards freak out with tilesets larger than that, usually displaying everything as blank white. If you still need more tiles—though I don't know if this works in Alesan's Entities—try modifying portaltiles.png and smbtiles.png in your custom graphics folder to expand ...

Well anyway, I'm excited. There just aren't enough 3D metroidvanias in the world, so it's good to see another one. It seems like Metroid Prime and Dark Souls are the only ones, and Dark Souls isn't even a pure metroidvania.

You need to bind the gamepad buttons like you would with any other key. If that doesn't work, there are a few third-party programs that use gamepad inputs to emulate a keyboard, like JoyToKey (though I can't verify that will work).

It looks like it's trying to reference a piece of the loaded mappack that doesn't exist; try switching to another mappack and see if that helps any.
