It was a stupid problem with the stupidest fix in the book. Restarted my PC. It works. -shrug-.

I really dont get it. I was playing 0'Brothers and after Changing the Filters to HQ4X or something like that and changing the scale to 1, I played for a bit, quit, and when I went to reopen it, it just gave me a black screen. But I could still play the game and everything just fine. (if I had the me...
