This is not really going to turn out how I wanted, because I'm unable to learn lua or LOVE2D from anyone in RL.

I assume you mean a pixel to change tiles to bridge tiles? It's not possible yet but someone could probably mod it.

Yeah, I realised.
Now up: lasers! As usual, drawing isn't fixed but basically they're extra-long zappers with a fixed length. Nothing special but they exist now.
Can anyone help me with diagonal and/or rotating zappers, or is that meant to be really easy?

Thanks, I didn't know all of those existed. The sectors end at 16, when every sector past that is 16.

Well, you have to track what's happened, undo everything, link it to a keypress, and when you let go of the button it reverts to normal time. And then you have shining entities that defy time travelling, and for all I know when those collide with the non-shining objects and you mess with forwards an...

I'm working on sprites for frozen enemies. Also, when enemies are frozen, do they snap to a tile or block space, or where they are? I haven't had time to try it yet.
