Re: New mappack in progress: m0bility

I've been making good progress! Though I could use some feedback, especially now that I've done some of the boss levels. Is it all too easy? Too hard? Anything to add or change? Any input can help me point this thing in the right direction and make this the best mappack it can be.

I know...I'm in a bad habit of playing it through the level editor...I'll have an update with a few fixes and more levels up in a few days.

New mappack in progress: m0bility

Something I've been working on for a while... Although a full mappack is a good ways away, I have most of the tiles done and a several demo levels to show them off. As always, everyone feel free to use them (with proper credits). Additionally, if anyone wants to post their own levels made using the ...

Re: [WIP] Portal 2-themed Tileset and Mappack

I downloaded this map and I must say it is really quite awesome!I'm making a map pack that is Portal 2 themed and Don't worry! I'm not going to steal your sprites or anything, but I would like to tell you that this is a huge inspiration! Thank you! I actually made these more for the tiles than the ...

Re: Mariopocalypse!

In the last section, it's actually possible to portal the Koopa directly ontop the formely-invisible blocks, therefore you won't have to launch it across the mobile platform. You may also opt to portal Bowser to his death. Good points. I suppose that makes the boss fight a bit easier, something it ...

Re: Mariopocalypse!

Cool platforming section up to Bowser. He doesn't shoot fireballs (your choice man) but the passage to the axe is blocked by a destrucable box. I have no idea how to destroy it as the last koopa's platform has firballs on one side, unportalable surface on the other... So the level can't be complete...

Mariopocalypse!

I've been waiting for Mari0 SE to come out before I keep working on my more important projects, but here's a one-level wonder I slapped together a while ago, and don't think I'll do anything else with. I haven't actually beat it all the way through, but I'm 99.9% sure it's possible. In any case, enj...

Re: Idea dropoff thread

I'm noticing a lot of extremely specific ideas floating around. In my opinion, the boss fight should be something that can be done with any level design - this way the boss can be placed as an entity in a custom level and not have to have the same level design. Making the boss harder could be simpl...

[WIP] Portal 2-themed Tileset and Mappack

The first part of a larger mappack based on the look and levels of the second game. Right now I'm working on the beginning of the game, where Aperture is abandoned and in ruins. There's still a long way to go before I get it all done, but it's a start! Also includes my older mappack, Aperture Underg...
